idc, starting from now i’m not eating more than 800 calories a day. i’m going to stay away from carbs, and half my meals. i’ll drink a shit load of water, excersize and reach a size 10 even if it kills me.
i’ve overeaten so much this weekend, i feel so awful. today’s been the worst: i had 2 bowls of cereal, a bacon sandwich, kit kat, pork scratchings (they’re made me feel so sick), my dinner (pork chops and veggies) and marmalade on toast…
that’s so bad :| ahh! idc, tomorrow i’m skipping breakfast, eating no carbs, and probably having dinner and that’s it....
